Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. We use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class Mail as well as couriers DPD, UPS and DHL depending on the size of your order. Please allow us the full time to get your order out as we can get very busy.
Where possible we will update your order with the tracking details. If we do not, please feel free to get in touch and we will provide you the details as we process your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns to WiseWax are only accepted up to 10 days from the date that you received your order. Only products which are unused, in their original packaging, unopened and purchased directly from us will be eligible for a return and refund.
Upon receiving the return we will check the product(s) and contact you regarding the status. If the item meets our stated criteria a refund will be made straight away. If the product does not meet this criteria it will not be considered for a return and refund.
If you have ordered a custom item from us it is not eligible for a refund or return.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any return postage costs. Original postage costs are non refundable.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched there will be a restock fee of 20% (minimum £2) this is to cover time spent getting the order ready and putting it all back into stock.
SHIPPING FOR OUTSIDE THE UK
For orders outside of the UK, we will need to get a shipping quote based on the weight and price of your order. If you are outside the UK, please choose the Outside UK option and we will get in touch with your shipping total.
